Thank you for your interest in Dreams Gymnastics Programs and for allowing us to be part of your child’s athletic journey. We are honored to help teach lessons that will last a lifetime.
At Dreams Gymnastics Center, safety, structure, and positive development are always our top priorities. Our experienced coaches carefully evaluate each child to place them in the most appropriate recreational class based on age, ability, and readiness. This ensures the right balance of challenge, progression, and fun in a supportive environment.
We have always maintained small coach-to-athlete ratios to ensure personalized attention and quality instruction. We are small — but we dream big. Our commitment to individualized coaching allows every gymnast to be seen, supported, and guided properly.
Each class level includes clear skill progressions that athletes must master before advancing, along with development of strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. We believe in steady, structured growth that builds strong foundations.
To ensure continuous improvement, we regularly evaluate our coaching methods and program structure every 10–12 weeks, making adjustments as needed to guarantee that every child is learning, progressing, and receiving high-quality instruction.
Attending one class per week provides consistent progress. For children who wish to advance more quickly — especially school-age athletes — additional class options are available.
In addition to recreational classes, Dreams offers:
These programs provide additional opportunities for athletes to build confidence and continue developing outside of regular class time.
Equipment especially designed and sized for little ones is used in a structured, but fun class. Gymnastics is the perfect first step for any small child to develop physical, cognitive and social skills. The classes are co-ed and separated by age to allow appropriate development and skill diversification. All lessons are progressive in development and focus on jumping, balancing, fine and gross motor skill development, spatial awareness, hand/eye and hand/foot coordination as well as inverted support. Many kindergarten-readiness skills are also incorporated, such as learning letters, numbers, colors, and promoting social development. The lessons are designed and implemented by the same coaches who teach the classes, allowing them to be a perfect fit for each child.

Recreational Gymnastics classes are offered for children of all levels and abilities.
In our Girls' gymnastics classes, we provide training across all Artistic Olympic events, including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Our program focuses on developing flexibility, strength, and overall coordination, while also fostering students’ self-confidence. To ensure continuous progress and assess staff performance, we conduct skill evaluations in a relaxed, pressure-free environment every 12 weeks.

Classes are structured to teach proper trampoline and tumbling techniques in a safe and fun environment.
Dreams' Spartan boys' class features workouts and your child will be guided through step by step skill progressions and specific drills/exercises, providing the opportunity to effectively achieve and refine gymnastics skill, while progressing from beginner to advanced levels.
Spartan workouts are designed to improve overall athletic performance: strength, speed, conditioning and flexibility. In order to gain muscle strength - weightlifting and other resistance-based workouts are utilized. To improve speed - workouts featuring explosive exercises, sprinting and reaction drills are used to work on agility and quickness. To increase endurance and stamina, conditioning workouts that help burn fat and lose unhealthy weight are introduced. Lastly, to reduce risk of injury, increase joint range of motion, and improve overall mobility, Dreams Spartan athletes learn flexibility workouts that feature both dynamic and static stretching.
A safe and fun introduction to rolling, bouncing, twisting and all around movement awaits every child that enters our DREAMS gym! After introduction to vault, parallel and high bars, tumbling and trampoline (oh yes, there are trampolines!), they will begin developing body awareness along with fundamental and foundational skills that apply not only to gymnastics, but all athletics!
