Road to Regionals!
Dreams Gymnastics Center athletes delivered an outstanding performance at the Virginia State Championships, held May 1–3 in Hampton, showcasing their talent, determination, and competitive spirit on every event.
All Dreams athletes showed up strong, and we are proud to announce that our Xcel Gold, Platinum, and Diamond teams have officially qualified for Regionals—an incredible achievement and a testament to their hard work throughout the season.
Hard work truly pays off!
Leading the way, our Xcel Gold Team captured the State Championship title, placing 1st out of 55 teams. Their dominance continued on floor exercise, where they earned a remarkable 29.5 out of 30—one of the top scores of the competition.
Our Xcel Platinum team also made a powerful statement. Despite competing with a small team of just four athletes, they secured an impressive 12th place out of 46 teams. They also made Dreams history by achieving their highest-ever team bars score of 28.000.
Standout Achievements
Milani S. delivered one of the most memorable performances of the meet, earning a 9.9 on floor and securing a spot in the 2026 America’s Top 100.
The Xcel Gold division saw Dreams athletes rise to the very top, claiming the highest all-around scores out of 647 competitors across Virginia:

- Kenley H. – 38.525
- Sienna – 38.150
- Halle – 38.150
- Hailey – 37.700
- Adeline – 37.450
Additional all-around podium finishes included:
- Charlotte – 2nd All-Around (Xcel Gold)
- Kylie S., Chloe B., Willa R. – 3rd All-Around (Xcel Gold)
- Madelyn – 2nd All-Around (Xcel Platinum)
- Kyla & Madison – 3rd All-Around (Xcel Platinum)
- Tayler – 3rd All-Around (Xcel Diamond)
Dreams athletes also dominated individual events, with numerous gymnasts earning event titles and top-three finishes, including Halle K., Violet, Adeline, Milani S., Sienna, Hailey, Charlotte H., Ava H., Kylie, Madelyn, Madison, Kyla, Tayler, Ava G., and more.
Beyond the medals and scores, what stands out most is this team’s dedication, perseverance, and commitment to their goals. Their growth throughout the season has been nothing short of inspiring.
