At Dreams Gymnastics Center, we enjoy sharing our passion for gymnastics and strive to fulfill dreams of becoming a successful, competitive gymnast. Gymnastics is a difficult sport, yet individual, but it is also very exciting and rewarding. It helps develop physical strength, flexibility, agility, power, focus, coordination, and overall body and muscle control. Your gymnast will also acquire many other non-physical qualities in the gym including confidence, mental discipline, dedication and an appreciation for hard work.
Dreams Gymnastics Center offers the highest quality of gymnastics training, a clean and safe facility, new equipment (updated regularly to uphold safety and technical requirements), and Team coaches with over 100 years of combined experience in the sport. We credit relationships with many forerunners in the industry in helping us become a successful gymnastics program. By combining the discipline and training techniques of the east with the business strengths and strategies of the west, we have created an atmosphere where gymnasts are encouraged to dream, believe and achieve!
Competition is where the spirit of performance comes alive! If your child has the desire and drive to compete in the sport of gymnastics, please contact Owner and Program Director, Galina Yordanova. Participation in Dreams Gymnastics Training Club competitive program, the Dreams Team, is by invitation only. Gymnasts can be invited to the Dreams Gymnastics Team by a few different ways:
- If already on a team program elsewhere, the gymnast will be evaluated during a team workout and will be placed accordingly.
- If a budding competitor is discovered in Dreams Gymnastics Center’s Recreational Program, an invitation may be extended for the gymnast to practice with the team.
- Gymnastics Team tryouts are offered each spring.
- Individual evaluations may be scheduled throughout the summer.
The Dreams Team is a year-round commitment The competitive season typically runs from late fall into to May, with the remaining months being dedicated solely to training. The number of hours a competitive gymnast trains weekly increases as her Level or Xcel Division increases. When earning a spot on the Dreams Team, the Team Director along with each specific group coach/es will choose the best level/division fit for each gymnast, regardless of what level she may have trained at prior clubs.
