Competitive Team Information

Competition is where preparation meets performance. Participation in the Dreams Gymnastics Competitive Team is by invitation only to ensure proper placement and long-term development.

Athletes may be invited through ongoing evaluations in our Recreational Program, annual spring tryouts, or evaluation if transferring from another team program.

The Dreams Team is a year-round commitment. The competitive season typically runs from late fall through May, with the remaining months dedicated to training and skill development. Training hours increase as athletes advance in level.

Final placement is determined by the Team Director and coaching staff to ensure each gymnast competes at the level best suited for her development — regardless of previous club experience.

Future Dreams Program

Our Artistic Gymnastics Future Dreams pre-competitive program has several levels as well.

Mini Dreams and Future Dreams gymnasts focus on building strong fundamentals - such as body movement, positioning, strength, and flexibility - within the Dreams Gymnastics Training Club. Throughout the season, they participate in several in-house or Fun Meets, where they apply these skills and integrate them into routines for each event. Although they do not compete outside Dreams training club, these experiences help them refine their abilities and prepare for future competitive levels.

The Women’s Development Program (WDP) is divided into three major segments; developmental, compulsory, and optional.

The Dreams USAG WDP starts competing at the compulsory Level 4 and continues through Level 10, before advancing to Elite.

The Dreams USAG Xcel Program starts competing at the Bronze Division and then progresses through the Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Saphire Divisions.

DREAMS TEAM & FUTURE DREAMS TRYOUTS ARE ONGOING.
